Anyone can describe a cell as remarkable. This page is the part that is checkable — the peer-reviewed literature, the patent position, the institutional collaborations, and the scientific advisory network behind the platform. Every claim here is traceable to a source you can open yourself.

01 — Intellectual property

Protected, not merely proprietary

Most regenerative material sold to clinics is a commodity. Anyone can source it, anyone can undercut it, and nothing stops the clinic down the road from offering the same thing next quarter. That is the economic reality of the category.

This platform is the exception. The trophoblast stem cell technology is covered by a patent estate of 54 granted patents worldwide across 12 distinct families, with a further 46 applications in process, as reported by the platform originator (2026-07). That is a composition-of-matter position, not a trade secret or a process claim.

For a provider clinic the consequence is straightforward: this is a durable position rather than a temporary advantage.

Published work on this lineage

Indexed in PubMed Central, the open archive maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health. Each entry links to the source. One of the four carries company co-authors; the other three are independent groups working on the same lineage.

How to read this evidence. The work above is preclinical — laboratory and animal model studies. Preclinical findings do not establish safety or efficacy in humans, do not constitute clinical evidence, and must not be presented to patients as though they do. They establish scientific plausibility and direction of research, which is a real thing, but it is not the same thing as a clinical result. Where a study includes authors affiliated with the platform's developers, we label it collaborative rather than independent, because the distinction matters when you are assessing it.
